They don't like to call people back when you leave a message with them. On line they say you can request application get sent to you. That was a lie and they don't bother at all on response. What the point having a phone at The office if you not going to apply back. They no help at all. Not everyone is mobile. They don't care I don't like a office like that at all period. Y'all need to change that routine and start apply back 24 hours or 72. response came and left out again. Y'all department need to change not no help at all. SMH ?

They sent mail to the shelter about section 8 supposedly the shelter lost it so I went back up here and left a note still have not heard anything about the letter or what's going on so I will need my mail please and thank you but it's ran like every place in Peoria corrupt and they pick and choose who gets in housing first. Not to mention shared my personal information like birth certificates w people they should not have.

They are denying to show my mother mold tests done in her apt after telling her the results would take 2 days 2 weeks ago. They have destroyed her property and then accused her of lying. She's had to miss work and spend money she doesn't have because of issues in the apt building she is in. No one seems to care and they are rude to her. I've asked for the supervisors phone number and Tracy won't return my calls to give it to me. The way things are being handled are inexcusable

This has been far the WORST HOUSING I'VE EVER LIVED IN! FROM DAY ONE TO PRESENT THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING CORRECTLY. AND CURRENTLY MY HOT WATER HAS BEEN OFF FOUR DAYS, HEAT BEEN OFF ONE DAY, SMOKE DETECTOR KEEPS SAYING LOW BATTERY AND FRESH ONES HAVE BEEN PLACED IN. MAINTENANCE CAN'T BE CONTACTED, CALL NUMBER AND PHONE HANGS UP.

Very helpful and compassionate. And they responded to my request much more quickly than I thought they would. It was a good experience overall. Going to government offices really is but I was pleasantly surprised.

Never never. You guys mowed my yard without my permission. I just mowed it the day before. You have damaged multiple items that was in my yard that is in plain sight. I have no trespassing sings everywhere. You guys had no right in or on my property.
