I do not recommend this location at all! I am not able to work or drive so i sit at home everyday waiting on my housing voucher to come or atleast an email! I haven been eating to get off the waiting list since December 27 only to be told that i had missed my appointment!!! Not only did they say i missed my appointment but they said they had sent me out a letter! And also an email which i was showing them that i do not delete emails and i get them sent straight to me especially when it’s a very important…. I can not believe that they want me to actually believe they sent me a letter when i am the only one who checks my mail & email and not 1 was sent to me! These guys are too busy trying to help immigrants get there homes before Us American citizens which is not right how can i get pushed back when my neighbor isn’t even from and we moved in the same time from eachother

It Went good getting my voucher today. Kristi helped a lot. She was the only one who would actually get back to me on emails. the class only took about 30 minutes. It was easy. I only sat in the lobby for maybe 20 minutes then I was called back with the group. I was on the list for 3 years and finally got mine.

They are rude over the phone very unprofessional when it comes down to talk to clients, they really don’t care about your problems so I’m seem like they were just there for a check. Everybody is not meant to be a caseworker i complained inside I doubt if it goes anywhere, just because people are housing. Don’t mean that you have the right to treat them differently. I love to help people myself With disabilities and all People need to stop becoming caseworkers if you’re not a peoples person and if you don’t care about peoples problems, stop getting into this job for just money alone

Would not recommend applying at this location. The class can be very hard to hear, people talk, go in and out of the class, and questions won't ever get answered. I left a voice mail for my case worker a week before Thanksgiving and still have not gotten a call back. Still my questions has not been answered. Spoke to a girl name kin and no messages has been relayed! I am so disappointed. Not a very good experience. Makes it feel like a joke. Been months and still can't get any answers

I have been dealing with water flooding . Sewer water etc OAK GROVE APARTMENTS ! Nothing has been done my furniture and tables have been ruined and I’m still expected to pay rent .

Basically if you apply to them your gonna be waiting a long time.the first time I was with them I got in decently quick through public housing for apts. This second time I applied for scattered sites in 2021 I got approved March 2023. I've been waiting ever since for a house. They refuse to give me any information at all. All I get is we don't know can't give you a house until we have one. An their personal favorite "well who would wanna move out of a four bedroom house." " they have to move or get evicted before we can do anything." I've called twice today to talk to Frank Miller I just get the run around an ignored. If we are not gonna ever get it at least say so. Not helpful for scattered sites don't even apply for that complete waste of my time I've put forth for it.-ashlyn pope
