Unable to schedule. Called and because ultrasound needed to be done soon, I did not opt to leave a voicemail because I needed on the schedule. I was willing to wait my turn on hold. Was told I was second in line by the system. After 5 minutes or so an automated voice came on offering to continue to hold or leave a message. I opted to continue to hold as I wanted to get this scheduled asap. A few more minutes and if forced me to leave a message no longer giving the option to hold. This is 1pm so not end of business day. Essentially wasted time on hold to be forced to leave a message. 24 hours later and no return call. Thankfully Reston was able to see us and the study is already completed.

I'm new. I used FRC (fairfax radiology consultants) for decades but swiched because they couldn't get me appointments until this fall for mammogram and bone density tests. Now I have to switch my gyno next year. ? Today was my first experience with LMG Imaging. There were two women at reception and both were quick, professional, and friendly while juggling phone calls, taking in patients as well as giving directions to walk-ins to another office (460). Having completed the on line registration, having my insurance card ID and test orders from my doctor in hand, I had no issues. The the radiology tech was wonderful! Everything went smoothly with zero problems.

Absolutely lovely facility. Front desk was very friendly and professional as well as the mammogram technician. The whole experience was wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go here.

My first mammogram since I moved to Virginia. I wondered why I was charged a co-pay for my preventive annual screening. I had my records sent from my former state and the Tech commented how high quality the scans were, and comprehensive the scans were. So, I went home to see if my plan changed and was surprised that it had not changed. I called the office and was told my Dr. ordered a comprehensive
MRI and that is why the cost was more. So, I had less scans and the cost was more. I was also supposed to have an MRI but they don’t do it at this facility, I just that found out today. Welcome to Virginia where Drs do less work and provide less care but inflate insurance charges.

Whoever answered my call was very impersonal, rushed, and did not answer my questions. Instead, I was told to call my PCP and ask him questions about dense breasts and mammograms. I felt they wanted me off the phone as soon as possible.

Gave this place 3 stars just because the receptionist has terrible customer service. Does not give eye contact when you walk in. I literally was just standing there for her to look up (which she didn't), so I had to say hi first for her to say something. There was no one else even in the lobby area at the time.

The woman who did my ultrasound however made up for the receptionist being rude.

I have had 3 imaging appointments here. The reception team is always friendly, in person and over the phone. The techs are well organized and very nice. Best of all, availability for an appointment is much better than the local radiology centers. Thrilled to have this option with my practitioners being apart of the LMG network.

What a GEM! I'm so glad my doctor recommended them for my routine mammogram. The staff was very friendly and the place is squeaky clean. According to my PP since they recently opened all the newest state of the art equipments. Highly recommend
