En vue du prix pour une journée au spa (50 dollars), nous avons demandé à visiter le lieu afin de nous décider.
L'hôtesse n'a pas voulu... Malgré ce refus, nous avons quand même pris le risque de payer en espérant passer un bon moment de détente à deux.
Première mauvaise surprise que nous découvrons en rentrant dans le SPA : une grosse partie n'est pas mixte ....Globalement, si je souhaite passer du temps avec mon conjoint j'ai 3 espaces pour cela : une salle de détente avec beaucoup de passage car elle permet l'accès à différents espace, une "quiet room" et une autre salle avec de la vapeur où il n'y avait pas de place.... bref grande déception ..... Nous décidons de nous séparer afin de profiter des prestations de manière individuelle ...
Mais là encore mauvaise surprise, le téléphone est strictement interdit et le personnel est bien là pour vous le rappeler. . pour vous dire, je n'ai même pas pu envoyer de message des vestiaires sans être repris... Donc je n'ai pu à aucun moment envoyer un message à mon conjoint pour essayer de le croiser sans sortir du SPA.
Mais ce n'est pas tout, une autre belle surprise .... RIEN NE MARCHE dans le spa excepté le jaccuzi.
Les salles ne sont pas à la bonnes températures et bien sûr aucun thermomètre n'est visible pour vérifier ...
Le personnel est totalement incompétent et ne sait que vous sourire bêtement en s'excusant. Ha si, pardon, je suis mauvaise langue .. il y avait une solution pour le hammam : ouvrir grand la porte pour que la machine détecte que la température n'est plus adéquate et balance de la vapeur d'eau ... et bien sûr ce n'est pas les employés qui tiennent la porte mais bien le client. Rester debout devant une machine qui ne marche pas pour 50 dollars c'est un peu abusé non ?

Vraiment, ne perdez pas votre temps dans cet endroit et encore moins si vous y aller en couple ..

Like others have said, if you aren't staying at the Venetian, leave earlier than you think to arrive on time. We were coming from the south end of the strip and even with taking the monorail, it was a solid 50 minute walk. Because once you get to the Venetian - you're like halfway there. You go through hallway after hallway to arrive to the spa.

I'll say this - I loved my pedicure by Brooke. My two friends and I all had a great time at the spa. The facilities were very clean and well stocked. BUT I'm very glad we did 11am on a Sunday because it meant we had much more space and access to the facilities. By the time we were packing up around 2pm, the place was VERY busy. And as others have said, the shared spaces (sauna, hot tub, experiential rooms) are small. My favorite area only had room for 4 guests. So we weren't waiting for anything - but I know later in the day, that wouldn't be the case.

I would for sure go back - it was a great way to enjoy our last day in Vegas (we left on a later flight). But your enjoyment will be contingent on how polite other guests are and how busy it is.

My experience at this spa was the first time I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying their services. There are so many rooms to explore and relax in while there. Their massage therapist Lisa was absolutely wonderful!!!
Kate took care of my facial. She was amazing!! Very experienced, she was knowledgeable about each product she used and had recommendations for me too. I felt so pampered!!

Visited the Canyon Ranch Spa in Las Vegas last week for our anniversary trip. We did the couples retreat package. Is it pricey? Yes. Worth it? Definitely. We had two outstanding masseuses in Michelinne and Rachel. As a guy who doesn’t do massages regularly, it was an amazing experience. From the salt room, wave room, locker room amenities, private lounges and of course the couples treatment room- everything was top notch. We didn’t know our package also came with a food credit so we did brunch the next morning at the cafe. Our server was outstanding. The food was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to couples looking for something special to do. Already looking at their other locations and trying to see how we can work visits into future travels.

I cannot give enough stars for Jennifer Hahn. I had an Alchemist’s Retreat with her while in town for a football game and it was the absolute BEST 100 minutes of my entire trip - and we did a LOT in Vegas! Not only was the spa itself very clean and cozy, but all the amenities were incredible; well worth a day trip, or as an added bonus to the treatment you choose. I had a Couple’s Retreat with my husband, which was lovely, but I will go to Canyon Ranch for the Alchemist’s Retreat ANY time I am in Las Vegas, and I will request Jennifer every time! From the full body salt scrub, to the mud pack along my spine, to the massage with the massage candle, it was all pure bliss. I am not one to normally relax enough to fall asleep, but I can say with certainty that I almost fell asleep 5 times. It was worth every penny and the time. If you are looking to really treat yourself in Las Vegas, I highly, highly recommend the Alchemist’s Retreat with Jennifer Hahn at the Canyon Ranch spa.

We visited the spa for a couples massage/ couples retreat . Upon arrival we were welcomed by a gracious attendant, checked in and whisked off for a tour before meeting again in the gathering room.
The spa/ showers/ changing area were well equipped with every need met as well as gracious staff members visible.
We met in the gathering room which has intimate seating areas with choices of watermelon infused water or lemon , turmeric and ginger. We were met by our massage therapist’s, one was Sunshine but unfortunately I do not recall the other female.
We were taken to our two room retreat and explained what we would be experiencing.
The 100 minute treatment started work scalp massage followed by a full body sugar scrub. The temperate maintained at 71 degrees and was perfect. We were then escorted to a running shower to rinse off before submerging in an impeccably clean soaking tub with pristine water that we could have stayed in for hours. The floors in the rinse/ bathing area were heated creating an added touch of warmth to our experience.
After 20 minutes we were whisked back to the massage part of our retreat and experienced side by side bliss accompanied by warm pillows and soothing music.
Our masseuses were professional and amazing.
We can’t wait to return.

One of the best experiences that we have had. From a male stand point I’m very neutral and enjoy my time on my time. My wife had the ultimate experience. She mentioned that the locker room host was very cordial, attentive, and made the experience worthwhile. She would return because of the first class touch Vanessa Jimenez . She gave a grand tour, introduced her to all the amenities that they provided. Vanessa Jimenez was amazing and very professional

Underwhelming at best. Check in is impersonal and transactional with brusque receptionists. Generally this whole experience is low rent and a waste of time and money.

Given the size of the entire spa, you would have thought there would have been more amenities on a larger scale, more space and places to sit.

Finishes of the facilities are dated and tired, and I’ve seen massage envy’s with nicer finishes. It’s also dirty. The robes are old and have a microfiber lining that’s been washed too many times and feels old and oily.

There were two drunk girls sitting on the floor of the “rain experience” yelling and talking for over an hour.. By the way, the rain experience barely works (broken buttons and it all feels the same) and the “igloo” doesn’t work well either (broken buttons, not that cold).

The service I got (body treatment) was generally clumsy and it was cold. Definitely wouldn’t go back and am really disappointed in the Canyon Ranch brand, I guess I had too high of expectations. Glad I did this first because I was considering booking a five day wellness retreat with them. Not happening.
